In the spirit of eating clean, fresh and simple, we present here a couple of easy recipes for you to try. Vanilla Hemp Milk is a great option if you have problems consuming dairy or you’re faced with nut or soy allergies. The delicious Rawmesan Cheeze recipe can be tweaked to suit your own tastes. Enjoy! 

VANILLA  HEMP MILK  

A fast, non-dairy alternative. You don’t have to strain this one like you do with traditional nutmilks! 

Yield: 2 servings

INGREDIENTS 

2 cups purified water 
1/2 cup shelled hemp seeds 
1 tablespoon coconut nectar 
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 
1/8 teaspoon almond extract  

Blend all ingredients on high for one minute. Vanilla Hemp Milk will keep in a sealed glass container in the refrigerator for up to five days.  

RAWMESAN CHEEZE  

This is a nice condiment to have around. Adds zing to just about anything.

INGREDIENTS  

1 cup nutritional yeast 
3/4 cup walnuts 
2 teaspoons dehydrated garlic
1/2 teaspoon unrefined salt 
Pinch Italian seasoning 
Pinch cayenne powder (optional) 

Pulse-blend ingredients in a high speed blender until uniformly fine. Store in a covered jar in the refrigerator. Use this as you would Parmesan cheese sprinkles over your sauce.
