ADRENAL HEALING SMOOTHIE 

Kale, lemon, maca, berries… there are lots of reasons this smoothie supports your adrenals!

INGREDIENTS 

3 cups kale, chopped
1 cup cold green tea or purified water
1 cup frozen blueberries
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1  small lemon, skin removed
1 tablespoon organic supergreens powder
1 teaspoon maca powder*
4 drops liquid stevia
Pinch sea salt 

Blend until pureed.  

*A plant root, ground into powder, maca is said to help your body create hormone-regulating enzymes.

5 carrots
1 celery stalk
1 handful parsley
1 whole lemon
1 green apple
1 inch piece  fresh ginger
pinch turmeric powder
